What do you love most about getting to know people and their stories?

What I love most is how it widens my perspective. Truly understanding and empathizing with someone’s story expands my capacity to learn, grow, and help others.

What do you think makes someone a truly great leader?

A great leader doesn’t need to tell anyone they are one. The best leaders lead by example, and much can be learned simply by being around them and watching how they act and react. A great leader also makes the people they lead feel seen, heard, and important.

What’s one thing you hope candidates feel after talking with you?

I hope candidates feel comfortable and valued, and come away appreciating my thoughtful, consistent, and friendly communication style.

What do you hope our clients come to know about you?

Helping people and making them smile is a passion of mine. I see human connection as one of the most valuable and enriching parts of life, if not the most.

What’s something you’re endlessly curious about?

I’m endlessly curious about the history and development of our species and our planet. There are so many different approaches through which we, gifted with the ability to wonder and explore, can understand this wonderful thing we call life.
