The Aim:
The goal was to work with the Animal Allies leadership team to develop a new role for the organization— A Stewardship Specialist— and recruit and train the new hire to support strategic relationship building with donors and community stakeholders.

The Outcome: Katrina helped Animal Allies design a the new role to fit strategic advancement of the organization and supported the internal promotion of a passionate staff member who was already well known by supporters through her work as a volunteer services manager which included 1:1 coaching for the newly-appointed Stewardship Specialist and strategic facilitation with the leadership team to develop a relationship-forward sponsorship and sustainbility plan.
