“Their preparatory work with trustees, staff, and stakeholders was extensive, their recruiting strategies impressive. The top seven candidates presented for interviews were so good, the search committee chose to interview all of them. Even after two rounds of interviews, the final selection was difficult, given the depth of knowledge and experience of the front-runners.”
The Aim: The goal was to find a new Executive Director for a prestigious regional scholarship foundation to follow a long-time retiring Executive Director who would bring a renewed focus and fresh ideas for engaging with students.
The Outcome: Breanne Tepler was hired in the summer 2025, bringing local ties and a background in working with postsecondary students.
More From The Client: “What a difference contracting with Pierson Henry Executive Search made in the recent recruitment of a new executive director for the Alworth scholarship fund.
